NASMHPD created the first Model Bill for Core State Behavioral Health Crisis Service Systems template in 2022. Since the initial 2022 Model Bill template, NASMHPD has revised the Model Bill template, as needed, to add additional language and incorporate updates. With each revised Model Bill template, NASMHPD has used 'Track Changes' throughout the document so that state behavioral health authorities can quickly identify the updates that have been made from the previous version of the Model Bill template.
