Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Transformation (CCBHC-T) is a program to support state governments with scaling, strengthening and sustaining their CCBHC demonstrations. CCBHC-T provides vital and comprehensive technical assistance to states and clinics to advance the vision and impact of the CCBHC model.
NASMHPD is partnering on this three-year initiative under the leadership of the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.

Three states — Illinois, Kansas and Michigan — will receive extensive support and state-based capacity building to help strengthen community-based care, expand the behavioral health workforce, and ensure more people get the help they need—when and where they need it. This effort will strengthen CCBHC services, invest in the behavioral health workforce and ensure sustainable, high-quality care for hundreds of thousands of people in need.
Applications open now through May 22! CCBHC-T Workforce Career Accelerator
Behavioral health professionals seeking certification or licensure in one of the program states (IL, KS, MI) should apply now for financial assistance to obtain their licensure/certification. The free application takes no more than 15 minutes.
If accepted into the program, candidates can receive up to $8,500 in financial incentives, including milestone payments made directly to candidates and automatic enrollment in Triad test prep, a $450 value.
